TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your appointment is extremely important to me and the time you book is reserved especially for you

I understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed, therefore, I respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that, when you forget to cancel your appointment, or don’t give enough notice, I am unable to fill your appointment slot, clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity of taking your slot, and I lose the income.

As a small business, this is something that is very difficult to absorb whilst still keeping my business going, so to help keep on top of this, you will receive an email reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

If you miss your appointment or cancel at short notice, the following fees will be applied

  • 48 -24 hours notice: your card will be charged 50% of the treatment cost

  • Less than 24 hours notice or Failure to attend your appointment: your card will be charged 100% of the treatment cost

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that you may be held up for your appointment. I will always endeavour to stick to my schedule and would kindly request that you do the same. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and may ask you to reschedule. I take a pride in my work and will not compromise on the quality of my treatments or rush due to lateness. I do not like to run late for my next appointment because you may have run late for yours…the full treatment price will be charged regardless.

PATCH TESTING

It is a requirement of my insurance cover that all lash lift least 48 hours before each appointment.

HD Brow tint must have a patch test 48 hours prior to the first treatment then as of 01/02/19, HD Brow tints will need to be carries out where there has been a 6 month lapse from the original patch test or treatment or a positive Covid-19 PCR test or vaccination since your last patch test.

As with all treatments, you must disclose if you have experienced any changes that could cause a sensitivity to PPD, (such as pregnancy, medication/skincare etc) and tinting treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before each appointment for us to ascertain whether a new patch test is required prior to treatment.
